Thank you for choosing Revive 405 Mobile Detailing LLC. By booking with us, you agree to the terms below, designed to ensure a smooth, consistent, and professional experience for every customer.
Terms
1. Appointment Cancellation / Reschedule policy
More than 48 hour notice = No fees
24–48 hour notice = $99 fee
Less than 24 hours or no-show = Full service fee (up to $199)
If we arrive for your appointment and are unable to reach you by phone or at the location to access the vehicle and complete the initial walkthrough/consultation, it may be treated as a no-show as outlined below.
When you book an appointment, we reserve time exclusively for your vehicle and turn away other clients during that slot. Need to reschedule or cancel? Then just call or text our main line at 405-437-1693
You explicitly agree to these terms and authorize Revive 405 Mobile Detailing to charge your provided payment method in line with this cancellation policy at the time of booking your service. This agreement enables Revive405 Mobile Detailing to effectively manage bookings and ensures accountability for reserved appointment slots.
By scheduling an appointment with us, you expressly authorize Revive 405 Mobile Detailing LLC to charge your card on file in accordance with the following policy:
2. Time - Based Detailing Policy
Revive 405 Mobile Detailing Packages are time-based to ensure fairness across all vehicle types. We complete as much as possible within your booked timeframe. If more time is needed due to vehicle condition, it’s billed at $50 per 30 minutes with your approval. If declined, we’ll prioritize and finish within the original time. To get the most out of your appointment, share your top priorities with your technician during check-in. Full Detail packages apply to one vehicle only and cannot be split between multiple vehicles.
3. Arrival Window & Vehicle Access
Our team may arrive up to 20 minutes after your scheduled time due to traffic or job delays. You’ll receive real-time SMS updates as we head your way. We require access and keys to perform your service, and by booking, you authorize our team to operate and reposition the vehicle if needed.
4. Final Inspection , Gratuity & Service Concerns
At the end of your appointment, we’ll complete a final walkthrough with you to review the results and make sure everything meets expectations. If you’re unavailable at that time, we’ll consider the service complete as delivered.
We do ask that any concerns be brought to our attention during the final walkthrough or within 24 hours of service. After that window, any issues will require a separate follow-up appointment to be addressed.
Tips are never required, but always appreciated. We’re genuinely thankful for the opportunity to serve you and take pride in every vehicle we work on.
5. Payment Terms
Payment is due immediately after service by the following:
- Debit/Credit Cards
- Cash
- Check
- Cash App
- Venmo
- Zelle
Late payments incur a 10% fee plus $10.00 daily fee until paid in full. If you plan to leave during a mobile appointment, please check out with your technician before departing — we’ll continue working on the vehicle as scheduled. By booking, you authorize Revive 405 Mobile Detailing LLC to charge the card on file for cancellations, no-shows, or approved service extensions. All sales are final.
6. Pre-Existing Conditions & Liability
As part of our quality control process, we document the vehicle’s condition by taking detailed before-service photos. These photos serve as a record of the vehicle's existing condition. Therefore, we will not be held responsible for any pre-existing damages, including but not limited to scratches, dents, chips, or interior wear and tear.
7. Media Use and Legal
By booking with Revive 405 Mobile Detailing LLC, you grant permission for us to photograph or video your vehicle for training, portfolio, website, and social media marketing purposes unless you request otherwise in writing prior to service. We will never share sensitive personal information or identifying documents shown inside the vehicle. By booking, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and authorized to approve services for the vehicle. For questions, contact us at Revive405mobile@gmail.com.
10. What You're Agreeing To
By booking with Revive 405 mobile detailing LLC, you agree that services are time-based, not checklist-based; you will provide vehicle access and participate in the final inspection; you understand and accept our cancellation, storage, gratuity, and extended service policies; payment reflects technician time and effort, not guaranteed outcomes; and Revive 405 Mobile Detailing LLC's liability Policies.
